Have to lose like at least 20-30 pounds by may

I need help.. I need have to lose like at least 20-30 pounds by may 23 Or august 14th I need guide and I looked everywhere, I dont know how to Diet, im ot really bad overweight I just need to lose 30-40 ponds to be good..

Im like 5’5 at 160 lbs…

I need the hard truth. Nothing seems to work…

Please plase please someone out there have a answer…

But its hard I live with my step mom & dad little brother and younger sister Until my boyfriend gets out of boot camp, hes in the army. So im just trying to loook good when he gets out. And its hard when your family is eating brownies , bad foood… Etc.. You know.

And I babysit my younger sister so I cant get a job to pay for a sports team or pay for ‘my own’ healthy food.. All we have is aranges and apples…

But I could go jogging, exxercise… But whats all that goiing to do if im just eating crap all the time? Because thats alll in my house…

I’d suggest you offer to do the grocery shopping for your parents. My teens took over this job for me when they were 17 and 18, and they grumbled at first but they got used to it and enjoyed it. Gradually they chose stuff for themselves that was within the budget.

If you can’t drive, then at least go with them to the supermarket and pick out healthy things. The irony is that healthy food is actually cheaper than snacks, chocolates, chips, nuts etc.

Check out what oil your mom or stepdad uses to cook with, suggest more baking and grilling, than frying.

If you’re prepare to work at it, there are hundreds of things you can be doing. Just accept it’s not an overnight or quick, easy, magic fix.

Excercise – aerobics can be done anywhere. Do you have any stairs at your house? You can run up and down the first step for 20 mins… start out at 4 mins and you’ll see how out of shape you might be, work your way up to 20 mins gradually over a few weeks. Do it once a day.

Start drinking more water, less soda fizzy pop drinks, lol, you don’t need to go overboard, just eat sensibly and watch the pounds drop off as you eat fewer calories and move around a bit more.

I got in trouble with the site last time I gave advice on this subject…but ill try to help a little

good foods to eat: veggies, broccolis really good lean meats (salmon, lean turkey, chicken, pork) carbs like whole grain bread, fruits and oatmeal should be eaten in morning times only. (berries for fruit) keep good fats in your diet (u can find a list of good fats on google) drink LOTS of water

there. I probably shouldnt say anymore…but hope that helps

all I can say is… Eat super-de-duperly healthy!! Throw out EVERY bad food. excersise daily. Join a sports team.
