goal is to lose 20 pounds in two weeks?

So yes, the diet question.. like we all havnt heard it before. so basically I need a quick and dirty diet that isnt suuuper bad for my body but that will just give a jump start. I walk/run 5 miles everynight. I eat healthy.. and yet?? nothing. so if you have any easy, least excersise as possible, diets..let me know!! =] my goal is to lose 20 pounds =[ sadly it hasnt happened yet and I have to swim in p.e. in 2 weeks! HELP!

you could fast for two weeks google it so you can no how to do it. It wont hurt your body you would loose 6 the first day and a pound every other day, it helps you dioxicate your body and cleans yur system is really good for you. Yu have to be verry determine to do it thow because its not easy

running and 6 pints of water every day no choc its working for me, and if not just claim to have a veruca or sumthing

U can not lose 20 # in two weeks and not do harm to your body. That is crazy to even think about doing! 20 # over 2-4 mths would be a different story, but what you want to do is harmful to your body.
