Looking to lose like 20 pounds in one month....

I have met this incredible guy! I mean just amazing but I think he likes skinny girls…. We talk all the time, one day we had a 3 1/2 hour conversation at Starbucks, and we’ve hung out 3-4 times and last night we talked for 2 hours on the phone.. I want him to like me… I want to be perfect. so I want to lose 20-30 pounds a month, and i have decided I am going to do this by: drinking water before each meal, only eating saltines, rice cakes, celery sticks, berries, and apples. Plus 2 cups of prune juice a day…. I am going to keep my daily calorie intake under 500-800…. Sound good? Should this work?

That will absolutely work. A lot of the people on here will say its unhealthy, but if you’re not completely starving yourself you’ll be just fine. And you will lose a ton of weight with only eating 500-800 cal. Good luck! I know how you feel.

I’m 5’6” and weigh 103lbs. all from limiting calories and exorsicing.
