I wanna lose @ least 30 pounds and iwanna do it fast

I use to weigh 125 and that was june of last year now I weigh 186 I was on birth control and I got off but still havent lost weight I find myself eating when im bored I hate it but I do I wanna stop can someone help I dont care how I just wanna do it fast

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both 1-2 pounds a week is all you should attempt to loose to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar

you don’t WANT to stop but you have to unless you want to stay fatass. stop eating when you’re bored, excersise a little daily and you should be fine. you should’t have to go through drastic changes in yout lifestyle if you don’t want to, but subtle changes can really make the difference.
