How do I lose 20 pounds fast and healthy?

I’m not overweight, but I gained 20 lbs in like, 2 months!!! I’m a big pig.. D’:

How can I lose 20 pounds the fastest way possible without starving myself??? What exercises can I do without going outside(my parents usually don’t allow me to go outside on my own D’: )? What foods can I eat? Are there any tricks???

You should definately try to eat healthier, like choose the chicken salad instead of a burger, or fruit instead of cookies, drink lots of water, cut wayyy back on the sodas, and then you should exercise about 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes at a time! Eventually you will lose 20 lbs! I would say just change those things and you will lose it in about 2 months! If you do not reach your goal of 20 lbs, you will tone up and look like you’ve lost about that much anyway! Good luck!
