Is this like runinig two miles?

my workout is runing 16 steps on my stairs 63 times, runing all the way up and down counts as one time.so is this like runing two miles?

Wow, 63 sets is a lot, but too high for me to calculate because you have to factor in the amount of leg strength it takes to push yourself up that high. Especially running, but if I had to guess I would say that 2 miles would be no sweat if you avoided sprinting.
