How can I lose like 10 pounds in two weeks?

Okay so I need to lose like 10 pounds in two weeks. I’m really active so I am not a lazy person who just sits on my butt all day. I play volleyball basketball softball and I’m a cheerleader. I just have some important things coming up and I need to lose about ten pounds wth some kind of diet. I cant really just completely stop eating because I’m in volleyball and it’s like non stop running so I have to have something to go on. I’m an athlete so I don’t really want to do it an unhealthy way and mess up my body. Thankss. (:

avoid all junk food since your active alreayd a lot, all you need is to eat healthy. eat fruits and veggeies with your meals to be more full and drink water too cuss that will also help in getting fuel. drink lots of water throughout the day. and you will lose weight, trust me and will be able to maintain it off
