I need to lose 10 pounds in two wks

I know it sounds cliche and what not but seriously, I gained like 10 pounds since dead week and I cannot get it off!!help!

eat healthy and exercise run or do any type of exercise that will make you sweat a lot for 1 hour everyday and eat really healthy balanced meals and I promise you that you will lose weight probably not 10lbs but close to there or maybe you will depending if its water weight
