Answer #1

First of all, don’t worry about him. If he bothers you, just brush it off. Kids like that live off of reactions. Therefore, if you stop reacting, he will stop bothering. However, your friends issues at home may be teenage angst and rebellion, or a true need for some inquiry. If you think that your friend is having suicidal thoughts, that is something you need to seriously address. The best thing to do in any situation is to think positive. So, stay positive and alert.

Answer #2

Just breathe every time he says something to you or your friend. Breathe deep and slow and try and push it off as much as you can. Once your calm tell your principle or counselour about this. So you don’t get in trouble for yelling or fighting or anything and it all goes back to him. Then when you get home to release the steam go running or get a punching bag or something. I have really bad anger issues too and I never run so when I get really mad I run about a mile. And it feels so good when I’m done. So just figure out what it is that cools you off and you’ll be fine.
