Anger issues, how to deal with it?
hi ok im not sure where this question should go but … im 15 years old almost 16 I’ve gone through puberty ages ago so im not sure wether this is the answer but over the apst few months I’ve been getting really angry for no reason the slightest things will trigger it such as somthing goes wrong or people say somthing and I take it the wrong way I also argue a lot with friends and my mum and dad does anyone know why this is happening and how to calm this ?
I’m not sure why but you really nedd to get control asap - you’ll run off friends and family, be in grounding trouble often - work HARD on self-discipline…Take care !!
haha, try yoga or something to focus your energy, trust me you want to learn to control it because you can use it as your best friend as long as it doesnt consume your soul. When you learn to control it you can be anything you want :) and your future wife and children wont be scared to look at you or be in the same room, life will be much easier!
yeah I used 2 box but the trainers advised me to stop as when sparring I would take all my anger out and I was doing to much damgage that noone would sparr me anymore and told me to get counciling but im not one to ask about it as it doesnt really seem like me
Sounds like you could be Bi-polor, my brother was like that, have you talked to a therapist about your anger issues, my brother got in Kick Boxing & started also playing guitar, he is awesome at both but even now he has anger issues over little things, theirs meds out their that help if your that bad, maybe you could try doing it natural with certain vitamins there is one that is called Rescue Remedy a few drops on the tongue calms you down it does work, you don,t want to end up maybe getting into trouble over your temper,
it could be puberty its most likely to be the answer so just try and calm down and take deep breaths when you are angry

haha, yeah puberty is the answer for you on that one, welcome to lots of testerone! haha… Anyways you will learn to live with it in time, just don’t let it take you over, you have to fight it off and if you arent strong enough, you could invest in a punching bag to hit when you get angry (thats what I did now I box lol), Or you could go to the gym and wear yourself out with the anger. Its all your choice in what works best for you, you will slowly learn how to control it over time.
