horrible anger issues.

I used to have horrible anger issues and lately I’ve been finding myself getting angry to the point of being completely numb over almost nothing. I’m not sure what can help this. I’ve been through anger management and it helped for years but now for some reason everything crashed down. Any advice on how to calm myself down?

what I try to do to calm down is to site somewhere by myself where it is quiet and sit there and think it takes a while…

but it is hard to calm down when your angry and you have to try not do do anything stupid or anything you wold regret

if you HAVE to get aggression out, like I have to sometimes, use a stress ball or something soft you can squeeze, just to take the edge off, better than breaking your knuckles on the wall. when you get the edge off, like moshposh said, taking a nap can help further

yea, lately I have same issues as what you have. and what I do is, I make sure I’d take a nap or rest for a lil while before dealing with people again.
