I lost 10 pounds in a week once by doing 500 crunches a day, and then doing 30 min. on a high speed on an eliptical (spelling) and eating healthy as hell, but it was pretty amazing and it wasnt hard to fo at all.

Ok, well I would not suggest losing this much weight in this short amount of time, because your body needs time to adapt, and this is unhealthy… :] But I can regulate that you drink a lot of water, and eat healthy, in addition to much and daily excersise. :]

not in any real healthy way. try doing cardio while eating healthy. I know of a cabbage soup diet where you are supposed to lose 7 pounds in a week, but I dont think that is very healthy because that is all you are supposed to eat.

Don’t. You’ll gain it back, and more.

Eat less. Eat slowly, take smaller portions. Eat regular meals. Your body is very efficient at storing foods against famine time. When you fast, when you skip meals, you’re sending your body signals to store food against lean time. Your body stores this as .. fat.

Exercise more. The only way to loose mass is to expend more calories than you consume. You don’t have to join a gym - take the stairs instead of an elevator. Walk around the block, park in the back lot and walk a few extra hundred yards to work.

I had a room mate who had a very annoying habit - at every commercial he would drop and do a set of pushups. Next commercial crunches. Next one leg lifts. Repeat.

Very annoying. But damn, he was fit.

im doing it too.. if you are doing it for a specific deadline then go right ahead but if you just want to lose weight for summer you should probably do it slower so you dont gain it back.. but if you want to do it fast then you have to walk or run for 45 mins a day, and eat only around 1000-1100 calories in 6 small meals, you cant starve yourself.. you HAVE to eat every 2 hours, but it has to be either yogurt, an apple, grilled chicken, turkey slices, almonds, raw veggies, salad w no dressing.. something to that effect every 2 hours 6 times a day and I promise you’ll lose a pound a day if not more.. if you only eat 2 or 3 times a day your metabolism will slow down and you wont drop the weight. good luck :)

yuu could try ‘fasting’ many people say that when they tried it they lost a pound a day so in 10 days 10 punds wooop

yeah I’d go with either fasting or eating very little. lots of excercise too.

If you fast do not exercise! This will consume more muscle than body fay, which will drop the weight, but won’t really help you in the long run.

I think that you should stay with your body you were born with that fugure in the first place why change anything because your boyfrind says your fat or your coach says you need to lose what no if they dont like you the way you are scrow them you need to be try to your self and no one else
