I really need to lose just some pounds, like 15 or so. What can I do? Please do NOT tell me to go running or swimming. I can only get to the gym once a week if even, and I am not there for long. Are there any dieting tips or anything at all that I can do? Please help.

become vegitarian and stay on a 1200 calorie diet. thats what I do and I weigh 100.

cut back your portions on food, and dont eat much junk food or soda, drink more water, it will take longer than exercising, but it does help
