How can I lose 15 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks???

I don’t want to lose it the slow “healthy” way. I want to lose it fast. that much in that little time. I know its possible is been done. so please someone tell me how.

I know this is the last thing you want to hear, but that’s really unhealthy, try losing 2-3 lbs a week, which is a great amount to lose, remember, the longer it takes for you to lose, the longer it stays off, and I know you don’t want to just lose it all just to gain it again!!

If you are serious about losing weight than you need to set a more realistic goal - if not your just going to feel like a failure. You need to lose weight in a healthy manor or you’ll be very disappointed with the results.

Thats unhealthy. Instead of shooting for 2.5 weeks mayb try 8 weeks. This gives enough time to do it the healthy way. Every day run a mile or two and cut down on sweets and fat. If you stick to ( a healthy way) it its not that hard. If you do it in 2.5 weeks you will feel sick and weak… not fun. Good luck!
