Is it possible to lose 15-20 pounds in 4 weeks?

I want to lose form 15-20 pounds in about 4 weks is this possible?? help

ok I have lost like 10 pounds in like 1 1/2 week by following this:

limit the bread no sugar diet coke(if any) water no sweet potatoes

lots of exercise

god, I’ve wanted to do the same thing. I lose about 4 pounds per week. so, I guess it is, if you’re really good at keeping up. but please, don’t hurt yourself and don’t result in throwing up. and make sure you use the weekends to relax. you don’t want to wear yourself out to the point of “eh, I’ll go tomorrow” and you never do, trust me, has happened plenty of times. warning: do not skip meals. especially breakfast. healthy snacks. and meals that will fill you up. I hate it when I eat this “healthy meal” and I’m still so hungry afterwards.
