How can I be flexible?

Does anyone know any streches, jumps,things for me to be flexible and do handsprings and etc that I can practice for my Sophmore year (cheerleading)?

practice doin the stretches till you get used to it

you could join gymnastics

stretch for splits very day and do bridges and try to touch your hands to your feet, and do gymnastics :) im a rhythmic gymnast
