Back Flexiblity

I use to do walk overs but now I just lost it because I stopped doing them… how can I get my back flexiblty back so I can continue and learn my back handspring and everything??? thank u

&& then try it again

Just work on it everyday little by little until you muscles have stretched out more.

and I am very flexible in my legs its just my back that im trying to get flexible again

do the back bend on the wall I used to do it now I can do roundolph backhandspring :)

Do lots of bending to stretch your back out again.
