what can I do to help my flexibility?

okay I’m working on my flexibility and if I place my back up against a wall and try to straighten out my legs it hurts my legs. what can I do to help this??

Yes you have to do some stretching every day. It takes some time, but in the end you’ll notice that you are getting more flexible.

u gotta stretch every day before you can do that stretch at least 1-3 times a day and hold the stretches for at least 30 seconds if you feel pain then dont try to go any farther…
