Is there any way I can learn stunts or get flexible?
Im not to flexible but im trying out for the cheerleading team in the winter is there any way I can learn stunts or get flexible?
stretch a lot and try and hold your leg up high and straight also try cartwheeling handstands and falling back into crabs but first try pushing urself up into a strong holding crab
Dance and do a lot of streaches && work on your splits
Gymnastics will do the trick :)
And pilates definitely.

if you wanna do the splits quick, just do some jump..I forget what its called,,, but you jump in the air and spread your legs to touch your fingers?? I did it after 2 weeks!
