Flexibility for amateurs

Im really really stiff and I need help… ny1 knos ny good ways to make your body more flexible???

Try stretching excercises, they really help a lot. Also if yoga is an excellent way to become flexible, tone and lose some weight.

just do stretches ova tyme you will b able 2 do them ez & become mpore flexable (DONT FORCE your BODY 2 STRETCH 2 HARD,IT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY!!)
