6 Meals a Day?

Has anyone tried the 6 meals a day diet with any success? I am on Slim4Life, but it really isn’t working for me. Thanks in advance!

the 6 meals a day thing is mostly for people who over eat at their meals. this helps you not to binge when youdo eat. maybe your portions are just to big. Hope I help =]

I havent been on any diets like that but I heard from a relyable source that they can be dangerous.I would suggest that you just eat what you want but watch how many calories you take in a day.and it is also good to work out.I’d say 5 times week would be good.and remember,dont cheat!!!dont stop until you really feel the burn and you are sweating a lot.it may seem nasty but it’ll pay off.hope my advise helps you.I wish you the best of luck!!
