If the meals are all healthy. 6 small ones would be healthier for numerous reasons. It keeps your blood sugar constant, which doesn’t result in highs and lows, it keeps your body from going into “starvation” mode which results in your metabolism working at it’s best. You won’t have a tendency to overeat because you won’t feel as hungry as you do between 3 meals.

not necessarily.. the six smaller meals would propbably be more healthy due to the lack of calories but if u just have three big meals chances are your consuming more calories and carbs
