6 meals few lists of examples of what I should eat every time?

ok so I want to try the “6 small meals “ a day thing. can some one give me a few lists of examples of what I should eat every time? thnx so much I relle need this help!!!

try eating like a lot of fruit and veggies but in small portions this should help I lost thirty pounds just by changing my diet!!!

Just simple little snacks - something like veggies and dip would be good.
