What to eat when having 6 meals a day?
I want to try to lose weght by eating six meals a day, but I don’t know what to eat. Can you give me some suggestions?
A big factor involved is by reading the nutritional labels on the product. Try to keep the fat percentage as low as possible and look for food that are high in vitamins and fiber. A lot of bodybuilding sites have really good diet ideas that promote the healthy way to eating. Just make sure your getting enough exercise or your weight is not going to change by a whole heck of a lot
Try eating a smothie for breakfast and a piece of toast (like whole grain) with peanut butter on it and dipping the toast into the smoothie. For lunch, try a chicken salad with lemon juice and garlic (which helps with circulation). If you’re worried about bad breath afterwards, eat a stick of celery. Random snacks could be unsalted crackers or any kind of fruit or veggie. For dinner, fish is great, or whole wheat pasta. Another thing is if you really want to lose weight, try chewing your foods slower, like count to 50, because the food will get more digested and you’ll get full easier.
You can always eat meal replacement bars, but limit yourself to one per day. Smoothies are great. Also try yogurt and frozen fruit, if you pack it in the morning with frozen fruit, it usually stays cold until about 12 or 1 because of how cold the fruit is. Also, make salads, wraps, pre grill your chicken on the weekends to eat throughout the week. Steam lots of veggies to hold in their nutritional vaue. something with a lot of vegies make sure your getting all the food groups, I think you can eat anything, but in tiny portions
they dont have to be six full meals a day. eating trail mix and pieces of fruits as snacks is good. for breakfast eat some oatmeal and a piece of fruit for a snack, eat some trail mix of a cereal bar (low in sugar, high in fiber) for lunch, a salad and some grilled chicken. For an afternoon snack, you can eat dried fruit in a bag, or maybe some lowfat yogurt for dinner, some steamed veggies, brown rice, turkey and after dinner you can eat some low fat ice cream make sure and try not to eat no later than 7pm
