Binge eat?

I have a problem where I eat meals only at night time..for example I had a banana all day and I just finished eating a big meal after work..it now 10 pm I had fried rice w fried chicken and beans…how can I stop eating so late and I also go to the gym every morning to exercise which I really enjoy but I always eat big meals late at night. I used to be 150 and now im 143 after joinin the gym.my ex always notice how I eat a lot when im depressed and hes been telling why I do it but I don’t know why…does anyone have any advice

Just a reminder breakfast is the best meal of the day because it gets you going and if your eating before bed its not good at all because your loading on calories then laying down to sleep so all the calories are just building up which is going to eventually make you gain weight so you shoul really try to just switch things around

It seems like you need different work hours? It’s like you don’t eat very much because you’re working and then when you have time you’re so hungry you over eat? That’s just what I get from the information in your question. aha I could be wrong =]

Uhm you want us to tell you why you eat at night? Well, it’s a little hard to do with the limited information. You could just have really poor eating habits. You could be starving because well you starve yourself all day (not smart) and so you end up eating a lot because your body is screaming for food. As for the bingeing and depression, well that is easy. You use food to cope with feelings you are having a tough time tolerating. So you stuff your emotions down with food… Start eating during the day, or the night time feeding will never end. As for the bingeing while depressed, not sure how to deal with that one yet…
