How to stop feeling guilty every time I eat?

I used to be fat and lost alot of weight but im still not that skinny. Ever since I lost weight i can’t eat without feeling guilty especially if I eat chocolate or junk food. I try to make myself throw up when i eat something bad. I guess its just the fear of going back to my old weight.

I have the same problem. Just close your eyes whenever you start feeling guilty and just tell yourself that you’re perfect the way you are, a little bit of junkfood won’t hurt you and that everything’s okay. Then just go distract yourself and make yourself stop thinking about what you ate- eventually you’ll stop feeling guilty.

First, great job on losing weight! You should honestly be really proud of that. I think if you do good cardio workouts (running, swimming, cycling, etc) every day, you’ll feel less guilty about eating since you’d be burning off so many calories. Then just focus on eating realllly healthy. How about fruit & vegetables for a snack? Do you feel guilty about eating those? If not, just pig out on them! They’re healthy & it’s not like you would gain loads or anything. But you really shouldn’t feel guilty for fueling your body, people NEED to eat. Good luckk. :)

Just think of alll those sick people in the hospital who starve themselves…food is a necessity! Be proud of yourself, not everyone can loose weight you have to be strong willed! You have to remember you deserve this meal, and that you are beautiful!

well just keeping doing what you do when losing weight so there shouldn’t be a problem, with eating junk food and try to build up your self confidence and tell yourself that you wont go back to how you were and there really is nothing wrong with eating junk food the only way you can go back is if you stop excising but if you care enough then you will just keep working on staying healthy.

Just know that you a pretty/ beautiful just the way that you are :p And you have already lost some weight so that is a good thing.. dont worry you have to reward yourself for doing good at times.. have some cake, ice cream and things other than healthy stuff :)

Look you are never alone you are always heard you are always loved thts all that matters you have ten fingers on your hands unless you were meesing around with an angry horse….Now count you 10or 5 fingers like this .. 1.I have freinds who love me for who I am… 2.I have a family that cares about me 3.I am loved by god 4.I am lucky for what I have food and such 5.I wake up everyday knowing that something good should happen…stop if you only have 5 fingers!….continue if you dont bother with horses that bite….6.I love me 7.i dont care if someone hates me because I just know they are rude and stupid. 8.im special 9.im one of a kind. 10.Im that wishing star in the sky that twinkles everynight that one that I wish on turns out its me im wishing for myself bcuz i am perfect in my own way….

say om nom nom nom everytime you eat :D in your head if your with people lol its sounds funny but thats the point ul forget the guilt and enjoy the food :D also use your imagination for food brocolies for example think of it as if they were trees and u were a big dinosaur thats gonna eat them u say something like nom nom nom and forget the guilt i know its no pro advice but its social advice u gotta love your body and feel comfy with it if you dont love yourself dont expect others to love you :)
