Why is this happens when im sleeping?

Well I dont even know how to start. Its start happening 3 nights ago. I will just not wake up kinda… Like ill be sleeping but will hear and know what ill be doing such as moving around the bed and stuff… Then ill get those flashes like last night it was me and my friend came back in house and it was empty while some one had to be there. What do you think next day we come back from hockey and my girlfriend not there while she supose to be there. Another words I will see flashbacks of what will happen during next day or after few days… This never happen before :( Some one help me whats happening with me? Am I stressed or whats going on?! I dont know what to do
