  royster's advice is good but I would try and take away the addiction of you and your computer. I would every day have a max amount of time on the computer so you arent as addicted.

  my health teacher had a student who was really addicted to his computer and when he got his computer taken away he went through withdrawls. thats why its good to get out of the addiction.

  yeah I have that problem bad to-but im getting better :D

  you just have to keep going to bed at earlier times and get your body readjusted!slowly but shurly but persevere!

  umm nothing. I understand where your coming at. computer rocks. try falling asleep 2 some music. thats what helps me.
