What Does It Mean When When I'm Sleeping And It Feels Like I'm Choking?

By That I Mean When I’m Dreaming, Not Only Do My Dreams Feel Real. My Tongue feels relaxe and feels like it fell to the back of my throat, or other times it feels like sleep paralysis which I have often and i feel like im about to suffocate which is scary. It feels like I’m swallowing my tongue and the first time its happen any other time it feels like im about to suffocate (cause I sleep with my head under the pillow but not this time), anyway I can actually feel it while I’m dreaming. And then even when I wake up, my throat felt weird and dry Help?

A form of sleep apnea? You should see a doctor about this it can be very dangerous.

There are dental devices to keep your tongue from doing that and other treatment devices to prevent the “stopping of breathing” in a persons sleep.
