Im having trouble sleeping.

I always feel tierd. Like I havent had enough sleep; I could have 8 hrs. of sleep or I could have 12 hrs of sleep and still be tierd. Also, I move around a lot. I can never seem to find a good postion. Im always moving. And it takes me about 30 minutes from the moment I lay in my bed to try to fall asleep apart from all of what I said. Any advice ? I need sleep ! :(
