What happens if I run 20 mins every day for a 20 days?

My main goal is to lose 20-30 lbs as fast as possible. I own a treadmill and I could so sit-ups and/or push-ups if nessesary. Kay so I wanna run only 20 minutes every day. How long will it take me to lose 20 lbs? (ps: im gonna eat a healthy diet too)

well I think that will really help I bet you by the time you finsh you well be very fit BUT you GOTTA carry on all your life lol

well during my wrestling class my coach has my team run about 10-15 minutes and that kills about a pound or 2. I suppose 20 minutes a day will be effective but actually be able to hold up for 20 minutes takes quite a lot of endurance. I recommend drinking around 3 glasses of water an hour before you start running so the water is already inside your system and hydrating you.

I doubt that will help much some people can run 2 hours for 90 days and barely lose 20 pounds

well im running about 30 minutes everyday, somedays for even an hour, but it’s said that if you run 15-40 minutes every day, then you will see the results. But it is true, you will have to keep doing that for a long time after your diet, make it a part of your daily routine and then youll be able to maintain that weight :)
