If I jumped rope for 10 minutes every day for 30 days and eating healthy, how much weight would I lose? please answer quickly

Exercise is never bad unless you have an underlying condition.

It will definitely help you lose weight…we just can’t accurately tell you how much.

It all depends on calories consumed and calories burned, maybe 1-2 pounds per week if you stick to it strictly and your diet is not too high in calories and fat.

Your current weight, how many calories you consume in a day, what rate you are jumping rope at, how much water you drink, what other activities you do during the day…etc…
