Jumping rope for 10 mins a day
If I jumped rope for 10 minutes every day for 30 days and eating healthy, how much weight would I lose? please answer quickly
thats more of an agility excercise try running
oh. can I atleast give it a try? would it do something bad to my body if I tried?
Exercise is never bad unless you have an underlying condition.
It will definitely help you lose weight…we just can’t accurately tell you how much.
It all depends on calories consumed and calories burned, maybe 1-2 pounds per week if you stick to it strictly and your diet is not too high in calories and fat.
Nobody can answer that question…there’s too many variables.
as in what?
Your current weight, how many calories you consume in a day, what rate you are jumping rope at, how much water you drink, what other activities you do during the day…etc…
