What would happen if I took a 30 minute walk each day?

If I took a walk for 30 mins or even more each day, would that help me burn of calories or somthing? like I wanna know exactly what it would do?

You bet it will. Plus it lengthens your muscle, and makes you look good. Not to mention the added benifits like heart health. It’s also easy on your joints. Walking is up there in the best of exercise.

it will keep you healthy because your being active of course, if you dont eat healthy foods an just eat junk food all the time the exerscise wont do anything but when its combined with healthy eating it will keep you healthy and could help you loose a little bit of weight but to notice results though, you need to keep it up regualry for at least a month
