could I lose 10 pounds while doing this?

im 13 and 5 ‘1’ and a half. im going to start to run two miles a day. I wont eat junk food ever and ill drink 8 cups of water a day. ill eat whatever three meals my mom makes me and I wont change that to 6 small meals. but im expecting it all to take me 5 weeks. so I was thinking that the first two weeks I run two miles every day. then the next two weeks ill run 3 miles everyday. then the last week 4 miles each day. would that work to lose 10 pounds? if so then how many miles should I do everyday after that to keep it all off?

I think it would work but I have to say that I doubt you’ll eat no junk food or run that distance all the time as it starts to hurt if you do it too often and you’ll end up bored. Possibly throw in a few different things from time to time (like swimming the same distance or rowing the same distance) so that you tone different parts of your body. Good luck!
