My alergy meds are waring off please help

ok so I have allergies to pollon. And evryday my medicine wears off I eaither use claratine of zertec they both wear off and now I am tiered and cant get to sleep because my eyes ich so bad. Please help! What should I do I cant stop from iching my eyes and now they feel all puffy. Ahhh. ??? so what should I do?

use your thumbs to press on the sides of your nose and press/push up towards your eyes. slide em across the tops you eye sockets. then sorta massage your forehead. this will relieve sinus pressure and help with sinus headaches if you get them.

dont. use a stronger medicine–go get prescription meds from the doctor. keep searching for the right one. lol. I have rely bad allergys, tooo… I feel u… ^_^

Run the water as hot as you can and wring a rag out in it and lay the rag across your eyes–thats a hot compress, and it may help some w/ the itchiness. Using an ice pack will help w/ the puffiness around the eyes as well. No, do not exceed what the bottle tells you to take unless your Dr tells you to. you need to see your dr and tell them the over the counter meds are not working for you and he can write a prescription for the stronger meds—prob the same you have been taking but in prescription strength. Lasts longer for most people and gives better relief.

Have you tried Benadryl? That works better for some people than the other OTC meds.
