How does my sister lose weight? Please Help

My little sister is 11 and she is 5 feet tall and she has a slow metabolism. She weighs about 92 pounds I want to know if that is normal or not. If it is not what should she do.

I do not know about 11 yr. old children, but a 5’0” 92# adult would be UNDER weight.

She needs to find out from her doctor if everything is OK. I suspect that she is fine, but only her doctor can make that call.
