help me please!!!

if im 13,weigh 230 lbs,and am 5’8 how do you recomend I loose weight? I have like no money and I cant join a gyn because they dont let minors join… help please?

just run, do sit-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, vigorus dancing, stretching, reps, sit-ups, anything really.

maybe you can buy a exercise tape.or do jumping jacks,sit ups,etc.little by little everyday
