How to lose 10lbs before my birthday?

My birthday is in 9 days. I need to lose io lbs quick.

Instead of freaking out about your weight, go buy something you look fabulous in for your birthday. Then for the next 9 days, you can fantasize about how much fun you will have looking great in your new clothes instead of obsessing about weight that is not going to come off that quickly anyway. Happy early birthday. You should funmail me on what your plans are. :)

It is completely healthy to lose 10lbs a week. But to do it takes a LOT of determination and motivation. If you really wanted to lose the weight I’d say you’d have to hire a personal fitness trainer.

im battling that question too.. I’ve lost 6…then 5 pounds I gained it back but then once I got a schedule going I’ve been able to lose 10lbs- I exericise, and count my calories I eat between 1,000 and 1,500 cal drink water, drink green tea I do 45 min of cardio in the morning and and then jump on the tread mill for 1hour at night- the cardio in the morning 6 days a wk and the extra cardio at night 3 times a wk…when ever im graving a night time snack and have gone over my cal,s for that day..oh and I eat grapefruit -but im always up for new ideas on weight loss…
