What's a healthy way to lose 10lbs?
I am just trying to lose about 10 pounds.. I feel that I would be more comfortable. How can I do this.
Dont worry Im not trying to be all anorexic, SO DONT MSG ME SAYING TO STOP EATING!! I wish to do this as healthy as I can
I have a hard time working out due t a lack of time i have. I only gym class to work on that and the rest of my time i have with my boyfriend and working with my horse.
Any other sugjestions anyone may have?
Try starting a new diet…(eating healthy foods) And start exercing and working out….it might take a few weeks, but im sure that it will work hunny…..
