I guess babeeyblonde’s advice works, but you should get some protein in there, too! Or else, you wont even have the streingth to do it!

If you like hot dogs and hamburgers, change them to veggie burgers and tofu dogs. Tofu dogs taste exactly the same, and veggie burgers just taste good anyway :D

I do 200 situps a day. it works, and do 2 hours weight lifting, I av a smoothie 4 breakfast, a veg soup for lunch(homemade), and it only has 40 calories in it. and then I av a salad or sumthin wiv low calories for tea. but make sure u eat at least 1000 cals a day, so maybe eat a couple of ryvitas as a snack or sum celery or fruit. x
