What are diet plans to lose 10lbs?

I dont think im over weight but I really want to lose like 10 pounds and still be healthly

You don’t necessarily have to change your diet completely to lose weight. Exercise is the key. Go jogging a few times a week, it will really help. Maybe join your local gym, go once/twice a week. You can cut out a few snacks, eg: change a biscuit for a piece of fruit’. Good luck :)

drink lots of water (half your body weight in ounces) that helps in and of itself… going walking or jogging helps too. cut out any sodas, anything high in sodium (fast food is VERY HIGH in sodium) cut out things with too much sugar. 5-9 servings of veggies a day.

exercise, dont lift weights but run a lot and eat vegetables
