oh girl!!! you’re 13!! there’s no healthy way to lose 10 pounds that quick. just start eating healthy and some dieters tea really works. and girl, there will be other parties, you’re fine!!!

Ever tried the Wu yi tea? (I haven’t lol) Healthy diet and excercise, while drinking that tea will help you loose weight. People have lost up to 20 lbs in a month!…atleast thats what I read…somewhere…

haha well your only 13 so trust me there will be a lot more bigger parties to face so just eat healthy and exercise and you will thank yourself when the even bigger parties hit later on in life :)
