How can I lose 10lbs?

i need to lose 10 pounds. any suggestions?

and no i’m not “fine the way i am” i weigh 120 pounds and i am only 5’ 1/2 not fine

According to many magazines i’ve read, You should do moderate excercise 3 times a week. You need to drink lots of water and i mean LOTS. nobody ever drinks enough. Fruits, veggies, grains, and low fat meat. Try to avoid fast food and red meat while dieting. And get good sleep. A person who gets enough sleep will actually way less according to recent studies.
