yes, you can. 5 pounds is around 2.5 kg’s which is healthy and normal to lose in a week.
you really shouldnt because its NOT healthy to loose that much so quickly at the most go for 2 pounds. not 5 its very unhealthy

That is a lot of weight to lose in a week… People with heavy workouts and strict diets can lose about 20 pounds in a month, but that’s not healthy.. it is possible, but definitely not healthy… I’d aim for 2-3 pounds in a week, you’re more likely to keep it off…
