yes but your most likley going to gain all the weight back on 2-3 pounds a week is healthy, 5 is not and can affect your health healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both
I dont know about a week. maybe if you exercise too but yah 2000 calories is the usual diet
