5 pounds is nothing, mostly water weight. Eat a good diet. Run 3-5 miles every other day. The pounds will melt away fast.

What is happening is 4 months?? :)

Depends on your age. The younger you are the fastest your metabolism so it should not be too much of a problem. You will loose weight fast the first two months and then it will slow down. Go on google and find a weight loss calculator. There are several versions and you can put like your weight now and the weight that you want to be four months from now and it will tell you based on your sex, age and height how many calories per day you should eat to reach your goal.
