Ahh thank you everyonee. I’ve been wondering foreverr. but I thought it was a stupid question.. until now I really need to know. haha. thank you:)

well sandwhich bread ranges from 60-200 per slice. most common kind is about 120 calories per slice. and meats in your sandwich you shouldnt worry about cause its protein

if you open up a bag of chips, the whole thing is from 150 - 300 calores…depending on whether its baked or not…

look at the back

where it says

Serving size: Amount of servings: calories : _

you multiply amount of servings in the whole bag times the calories…that equals how many calories is in the whole chip bag all together…if you eat half the bag, take half that final number. each chip,…im only guessing is like 8-10 calories

hope that helped a bittt

well best thing to do is to not buy sandwiches from schools, pack your own lunch and check labels of the bread, meat, veggies, cheese…whatever. as for chips and stuff. divide the calories by however many servings are in the bag. lets say its 150 calories per 15 chips which is the serving size, and their are 2 servings per bag. so then the total is 300 but if you just have one serving of 15 then it would be 10 calories per chip, you see? just check labels and fun mail me if you need help.
