Counting Calories?

Hi I just wanted to know should you count the calories in fruit & Veg when dieting? Im kind of confused about whether or not you should because both are very good for you and some diets say ‘fill up on fruit & veg’ but they do have calories so Im unsure as whether I should include them in my daily calorie intake or not??
