Calorie counting?

When you count calories do you count the fat calories or just the place where it says calories or do add both of them together? Which is more important the fat calories or the just the calories?

Neither is more important, and the number of fat calories is PART of the calories/serving, so, no there is no need to all those calories in. It is just to show you how many of the total calories come from fat.

I count calories I just count the main ones it seems to work I’ve lost a total of 20 lbs doing it
