How do I lose like 5 pounds

Ok, how do I lose like 5pounds. By:

    Eating reg. Food, not really healthy but not fast food.
    But with excirsizing.

If you are just going to eat regular food (like I do) and lose weight you might want to avoid anything with canola oil in it as it slows your metabolism right down.

watch what you eat more and make an effort to be a bit healthier like for example try to keep from eating junk food or going for that second helping…and walk or cycle to places instead of taking a cab…simple things like that

well you can eat regular foods ..just dont over eat and make sure your burning more calories than you take in …try to keep a consistent work out time but at the same time change up what you do. like one day cardio the next muscle toning …ect. you could also do little things by drinking lots of ice cold water to help burn some calories or taking all the opportunities you get to do a little more walking. for instance taking the stairs instead of escalator , taking the long way instead of short cut…and so on.
